What we collect

When you contact us. The inquiry form collects your name, email address, company and message, along with the course concerned. This is used solely to answer your request and prepare a quote, on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

When you register. The data needed for registration, the training agreement, the attendance sheet and invoicing is processed to perform the contract and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

When you browse the site. We measure page audience. Details in the next section.

Audience measurement, without cookies

Our audience measurement runs on our own servers. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

  • Your IP address is never stored: it is truncated in memory, then passed through a keyed cryptographic function whose secret rotates daily. The resulting identifier cannot recognise you from one day to the next.
  • We record the page viewed, the language, device and browser type, the referrer, and page performance measurements.
  • The country is derived from the time zone your browser declares. We use no IP geolocation database: neither your city nor your region is known to us.
  • If your browser sends the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is measured.
  • No data is shared with any third party, used for advertising, or combined with any other record. Cross-site tracking is impossible by design.

This design meets the criteria under which the French data protection authority exempts audience measurement from consent, which is why this site shows you no banner.

Third-party services

The public pages of this site load no third-party script: no social network, no ad network, no external analytics tool.

Retention periods

  • Audience measurement data: 397 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Technical visitor deduplication data: 48 hours.
  • Inquiries: kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any commercial relationship that follows.
  • Contractual and accounting records: for the applicable statutory periods.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you.

To exercise these rights, write to ac6@ac6.fr or to Ac6, 19 rue Pierre Curie, 92400 Courbevoie, France.

These rights cannot apply to audience measurement data: it carries no identifier that could lead back to you, so we are unable to link a measurement to a person.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
